Oleg is a ray of sunshine in our help desk. He has super communication skills and is an engineer to the core. His experience lies in core networking but he is at ease with all of the technologies that the help desk has to manage. Oleg manages our Proactive Monitoring solutions and drives efficiencies through our help desk in line with our pending ISO 20000 certification.
